    Not As Described. This Item Does Not Come with An Apple Warranty. Sold AS-IS. This iPad does NOT come with a one-year warranty from Apple, as stated in the description and in the video.     iPad arrived not working – NOT an Apple recent/refurb product as advertised device did not work. this was not an “apple recertified product”. it was an iPad in original packaging that had been resealed and had a small label marked rectified. but the package had obviously been open and all original plastic coverings had been removed. what this appeared to be was an iPad that someone had previously returned. and since the device did not work. i must assume the person who returned it previously, returned for the same reason. but this is really fraud in the…
